Have you ever being in a hotel in an unexpected location? Located in Utahs canyons, Amangiri resort scenery is something out of a Western movie. The resort is like an oasis made out of various types of accommodations, private houses, and tents, among other typologies, with a variety of pools, private and public. Amangiri is the result of a successful collaboration of three firms Wendell Burnette Architects, Studio Rick Joy, and landscape architect Michael Boucher. The architectural elements spill through the pre-existing rocks without overpowering the natural forms, taking shape accordingly. The color pallet used follows a similar color identity blending nature and structure. It surely looks like experience for any nature seeking lover who wants to be active as well as enjoy luxurious holidays.
