If you can’t tell by now I am a true color lover and I usually find it hard to keep my design pallet neutral with the exception of white. White color in any form (fabric, objects, surfaces) can define and create a crisp elegant atmosphere when used. This project was assigned to me by a carpenter whose client had a hard time imagining the final result. Usually, when designing a kitchen or in fact any space there are site visits, client meetings, shop visits, etc but this case was different.
Upon meeting with the owner it was clear that the character of the kitchen had a rustic aesthetic. All the dimensions were offered upon meeting the clients as well as all the important information of ideal style, finishes, and appliances. In order to make the kitchen stand out from the floor, the selected tiles incorporate grey hues and the rest of the furniture selected have golden accent for an elegant result.
What do you think? I’d love to hear your feedback on this project. If you have any questions or thinking about renovating/decorating your home, I’ll be more than happy to work with you. You can send me an email with your project brief so we can start a discussion!
